CNK Health Service need volunteers who are who are willing to help out in mask making and card creating. You can volunteer in one or more of the two options (Cards and Masks). Our organization will be donating these masks and cards to healthcare workers at local hospitals, senior citizens in senior centers, and local homeless shelters.We will be accepting volunteers , and there is not a capacity. We need all the help we can get. Mask or cards- all help is appreciated!

Your masks and cards will be distributed to Local hospitals and senior centers in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Dubai! You do not have to live in Maryland or any of these states to volunteer :)

Volunteers are able to earn community service hours, and eligible for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award

*If you chose to make masks:
Please fill out this form to show your interest in volunteering your time to sewing at least 10 masks. We expect that you make homemade masks with 100% cotton fabric. Please make note in the "Questions" section if you would like us to provide you with the supplies.
The supplies include: Fabric, thread, and elastic. Let us know if you need anything else!
MASK MAKERS: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ACCESS TO A SEWING MACHINE + SEWING EXPERIENCE

* Guidelines if you choose to make cards:
-Be creative and showcase your artistry!
-Make sure they are not inappropriate
-Make sure it is encouraging/motivational
-Add a simple thank you note inside

These cards will be given to senior citizens and local hospitals, so write something nice and positive :)

This form is for ANYONE who wants to be a volunteer for our organization. This is open to anyone and you can put this on your application so please apply! We will be accepting volunteers on a rolling basis.
