Bingley Grammar School Application Form for External Students, September 2024 Entry
If you would like to join Bingley Grammar School Sixth Form in September 2024 please complete and submit this form before the priority closing date of Friday 19 January.  (Applications submitted after this date will be considered if places are available.)

Please use your own personal email account and submit only one application.

Please select four subjects you would like to study in the Sixth Form (you can also select one of our "Pathway" options) - please click here for details.

A list of the courses we offer (and the entry requirements for each course) can be found here.

We also ask that you provide details of the courses you are currently studying with an indication of your predicted grade (the grade your school expects you to achieve in the end-of-Year 11 examinations).

In addition to submitting this application form, please send us a copy of your last school report - either email this to sixth@bingleygrammar.org or post this to Bingley Grammar School, Keighley Road, Bingley, BD16 2RS (if posting, please mark the envelope "Sixth Form Application", if emailing please send from the email address you use in this application).

If you have separate evidence of your predicted grades provided by your school (ie something with your school logo), please also send this to us.  

Please be aware that by submitting this form you are consenting to a reference being requested from your current school.
