This form is required for scholarship requests for the Spring 2024 season.

Scholarships are given on a first come first serve basis (as available funds allow) in the amounts of $150.00 (U9-U11 players born 2013 - 2015) or $225.00 (U12 - U19 players born 2005 - 2012) unless extraordinary financial hardship can be demonstrated.

If you are applying for partial funds please complete this form AND complete the player registration process using the payment plan option.

If you are applying for a FULL SCHOLARSHIP please complete this form AND complete the player registration process, use FULL PAYMENT option at checkout and choose pay by "check".

These funds are intended to help the club serve the most players possible in our community.
