Disclaimer – Supervision and Responsibility in the Sensory Room

By attending a session in the sensory room, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Supervision Requirement: The sensory room is not a drop-off facility. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must accompany and remain with the child at all times during the session. Our staff are not responsible for the supervision or care of children using the room.

Responsibility for Children with Additional Support Needs: If a child has additional support needs, they must be accompanied by a guardian or individual who is either trained to support them or holds legal responsibility for their care.

Liability: We accept no responsibility for the safety or well-being of children left unsupervised. Guardians are fully responsible for the child’s behavior, safety, and use of the space throughout the session.

By proceeding with the booking or using the sensory room, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the above terms.
