Research and analysis on property market trends, property research, competitors, products, technology and other aspects.

Conduct in-person site visits and travel for work is required.
⦁
Coordinate with data team on project deliverables.
⦁
Conduct market research on developments (new launches, sales, rebates, packages, floor plans).
⦁
Compile research findings into report.
⦁
Obtain information online or offline and compile the information in an organized manner.
⦁
Keep abreast with current the news for ongoing/incoming property developments.
⦁
Manage all research deliverables and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
⦁
Proofreading of reports and client deliverables.
