2023/24: COMBINED ANNUAL CONTRACT - PARENT / GUARDIAN
The school requires their contract with ALL students and their parents / guardians to be signed annually. One form per family, all students are included on one contract.

This form MUST be completed before the start of the new academic year (or within two weeks of joining the school).

For new Y7 families joining at the beginining of the academic year: we require this form to be completed before 1st August 2023 - to enable us to complete the necessary administration prior to the new school year. If you are receiving this form after this date please complete it asap.

Your son(s) will sign a separate form containing the Home School Agreement, Sports Contract and Chrome Book agreement sent via school email. (New joiners are sent their form in their first two weeks, once their chrome book has been delivered, and their FBS email address assigned.)

This form is lengthy but it is important that you read, understand and accept the school's expectations of all parties.
