Basic Information
You are signing up for the tuition-free, in-person Daylong Retreat (TWHD 109) taking place at the Tainan Center, 199 Youai Street, Floor 4, Zhongxi District, Tainan, Taiwan (
Google Map) on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 (GMT+8). The retreat will be conducted in English and translated into Mandarin Chinese as needed. You will find the retreat schedule in Section 3 of this application form. Please feel free to choose your preferred arrival time, sitting meditation sessions and meal(s) if needed.
Retreat Insurance
For
communal safety, all retreat attendees, including retreat leaders, are required
to provide personal information as outlined in item 2.3, in accordance with Taiwan
insurance regulations, to participate in the retreat insurance. After submitting application form, you will receive an "Insurance Requirements for Zen Retreat TWHD 109 禪期保險" email to provide further personal information. All of your personal information will be used exclusively for insurance purposes for the Zen retreat TWHD 109 and will be deleted from the computer, as well as any documents, as soon as we complete the retreat.
Your fully filled-put application form will assist our volunteers in organizing the retreat logistics, inform the retreat leader(s) of your meditation experiences and expectations, and help the None Zen Center in enhancing the meditation service. Please note that the application process won't be complete until 1) the fully filled-out application form and 2) the required information for retreat insurance addressed in Item 2.3 is received.
The retreat is open for application until Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. The None Zen Center reserves the right to either accept or reject applications, hold or cancel the retreat, and to change the retreat venue and date.
