Bushy Tales Adoption Application 2024
If you'd like to adopt from Bushy Tales, you must fill out this form.  There is a $45 rehoming fee per cat/kitten or two cats/kittens for $60 (cats 2 years old and under). There is a $35 rehoming fee per cat over 2 years of age. This fee helps offset the spays/neuters, microchips, vet expenses, and food/litter/meds the adoptable cats in our care require.
