This year's event is taking place at the June W Davis Elementary school parking lot. We are SO THANKFUL for them opening up their space for us!  There will be a $25 booth fee.  A small portion will go towards advertising and signs, and the rest will be donated to the school.  Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  The spaces are all 11X11 so they can easily accommodate a 10x10 canopy if you want to use one. You will need to provide everything you need for your booth, and there is no electricity available. We only allow one rep from each direct sales company (Avon, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc.) and the reps who participated in last fall's event will have the chance to sign up first.  If they can not attend, we will open it up to another rep from that company.    We may also limit how many vendors of the same crafts that we allow.  Food vendors are welcome, but we must have your food handler's license on file.  You can submit it to the email address above.  Your booth will not be secured until we have your license on file.

I mention this every year but it needs to be said again - you MUST arrive in time to be set up and ready by 9am. NO LATE ARRIVALS.  We can't have cars pulling up at 8:45 wanting to set up. You know how much stuff you have so please plan your arrival accordingly.
Once I receive this form, filled out completely, and your booth fee, you'll be set and ready to go.  Fees can be paid by Venmo @DawnRMurphy, by check, or if you prefer you can bring me cash.  Email me and I can give you my address.
