This form is specifically for SJSU students with majors and/or minors in the College of Humanities and the Arts to submit their advising questions related to non-major requirements.

This form is NOT for:

Freshman and Sophomore students, please use this form to submit questions.

Disqualified or Former Student returning. Please fill out this form as we unfortunately will not be able to meet with you at this time but by submitted the form you will be provided with information on how to return to SJSU.

The H&A Student Success Center is not able to provide major-related assistance with registration, substitution/exceptions of course requirements. Please redirect all major-related questions to your major advisor.
