A deposit is required after your consultation and before the time your scheduled appointment. Your stylist will quote the non-refundable deposit price during your consultation, which by signing below you agree to.  Any cancellation or changes to an appointment must be made 72 Hrs prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. You must then schedule a new appointment and make another deposit.

If you change the color or texture of your natural hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify MAEDA prior to the application, to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be required.

MAEDA requires cash or credit card as payment. 

You must schedule and attend your move up Services in a timely manner (6-10 weeks per stylist’s suggestion) to maintain the health of your natural hair and ensure a safe and timely move up service.
