National Park City Foundation Diversity Questionnaire - Chairperson recruitment
The National Park City Foundation is committed to providing equality of opportunity for all in our work and outreach. We recognise that our staff, volunteers, trustees and ambassadors, and people we come into contact with in our work, come from a range of backgrounds with different experiences, needs and aspirations, but we all are committed to make our cities greener, healthier and wilder places to live.
Our equality, diversity and inclusion policy is intended to assist us to put this commitment into practice, so that our staff and volunteers can, wherever possible, be representative of the diversity of the UK population.
In line with that policy, we will monitor the diversity of NPCF Trustees, and review the results anonymously to help us reflect on whether we are living up to our aspirations in this area. We are additionally monitoring the diversity characteristics of applicants as part of our Chairperson recruitment process. The individual results of this survey will be stored in a secure part of the NPCF shared file storage, where access will be kept to a minimum.
