Bloom with Intention: Yoga, Meditation, & Flow RSVP

Maryland and DC licensed Mental Health therapist and yoga instructor Rene Hood will lead “Bloom with Intention: Yoga, Meditation, Body Movement. Families are welcome from ages 8 and up with their caregiver.  Yoga, meditation, and body movement, including hula hooping, will help participants reconnect with their bodies and find peace within. 

 Classes are from 10 - 11:30 a.m. every Saturday!

At the end of the program (12 weeks), there will be a celebratory event, and participants will be gifted with their mats and other gifts for taking time out to honor themselves, family, and community.

Although yoga mats will be provided and stored for convenience, you can also bring your own. Comfortable and stretchy clothes are highly recommended.
