The Foundation for Information Technology Accessibility (Malta) uses this form to collect public feedback on the accessibility of websites and APPs owned by Maltese public entities.

Please note that your feedback is anonymous. No personal data is asked and no identifying data will be stored by FITA. The below information may be shared with Ms. Jutta Mirou-Dunker from the Malta Society for the Blind who is a Focus Group participant and also helped design this data collection form.
