d. 弱势家庭（单亲、有残疾家属、极度贫穷等）

Qualification for applicants：
a. Malaysian or permanent resident in Malaysia aged 18 or above
b. Unable to resume work or unemployed due to Covid-19
c. Low-income households (Part-time/ contract worker) whose income is affected due to Covid-19
d. Vulnerable families (single parents, families with disabilities, extreme poverty, etc.)
