OLSH Scholarship Application Request
Please complete the form below to request applications for each of OLSH's sponsored scholarships.

To view descriptions for each of these scholarships to determine which ones you would like to apply for, please go to our website at www.olsh.org/apps/pages/scholarships.

Within one week of request, applications will be individually shared with you via link to OLSH's Blackbaud System, where the applications will be shown as online forms for completion. All completed scholarship applications are due no later than Friday, March 15, 2024.

(If you have issues logging into Blackbaud to access the application forms for your child, please contact Jessica Sellman at jsellman@olsh.org. Please also check your spam folder for an email from Blackbaud, with the subject line "Invitation to Connect to Blackbaud," that will set up your access.)

9th Grade Merit-Based Scholarships *
Merit-based scholarships do not require families to apply for financial aid.
Please note: The St. John Neumann Endowed Scholarship and the OLSH Merit Scholarship require no application. Students who take the OLSH Placement Test are automatically eligible for these scholarships.

These scholarships require that you apply and qualify for OLSH financial aid through FACTS.

10th Grade Need-Based Scholarships *
These scholarships are available to current OLSH 9th grade students for their 10th grade year.
Please note: The Collier Family Incentive Scholarship(s) and Luke & Annie Collier Pay It Forward Scholarship(s) are awarded based upon the applicants to the Poleski Family Endowed Scholarship. They require no additional application.

For seniors:
  • Susan Fahey Memorial Scholarship
  • John A. Mihaloew Endowed Scholarship
  • Saint Michael the Archangel Scholarship

The above scholarships do not have applications, as they are selected by committee from the members of each class.
