We are a powerful force for change, founded in October 2019 as a group for people of color and expanded to include underserved communities. Our mission is to connect, collaborate, and empower, promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the advertising and communications industries through various projects and initiatives.
Becoming a 100 Roses From Concrete member is a privilege requiring commitment to our cause. It would help if you met certain tiers based on your contribution of time and value to the organization, which include:
