Request to Remain on Campus Winter Break
The college will close for the Winter Holiday starting at 5 PM on Friday, December 8th. All students are expected to vacate their rooms and return home by that time. There will be no meal service during Winter Break. Students can not return to their halls until Sunday, December 31st at Noon.

*This form is a request only. Completing it does not guarantee that your request will be approved. You will notified by Student Life Office Staff if your request is approved/denied. Please be aware that even if approved you may possibly be charged a per day fee for remaining on campus. You will be notified in advance of any additional fees.  

By submitting this form you agree to understanding and abiding by the below:

1. SLO Staff will NOT be available in the halls for any services/issues, including lockouts.
2. Students are the responsibility of their coach/faculty contact.  If you are disruptive, your coach or faculty
    contact will be notified and you will be asked to leave your residence immediately.
3. No visitors allowed, except in the lobby area.
4. No alcohol or other drug use, regardless of age.
5. No smoking except outside in designated areas on campus.
6. There will be no Food Service and limited housekeeping.
7. The access system will be re-coded to allow entry only to approved students.
8. Contact Campus Police for emergencies or lockouts at 903-813-2555.
9. Students are responsible for following ALL college policies and will be removed immediately if any policies are violated.
