The date for this Clinic is Saturday, October 7, 2023.

Carthage High School is the site for the event.

The cost of entry for this event is $350 per band and is due by October 7, 2023. Checks should be made payable and mailed to:

This event is a clinic, not a contest, therefore no ratings or trophies will be awarded. 

You are to pick up your comment sheets and video recording  in the press box after your band finishes the clinic.

Mr. Jim Jones manages the scheduling aspect for this event. Any questions or concerns regarding scheduling should be directed to him. (jim-jones@att.net)

There is no entry fee for spectators for this event, and bands are welcome to watch other bands perform so long as students receive proper supervision.
