2024 HEALTH Summer School Registration (@ South)
HEALTH IS CURRENTLY FULL FOR ALL STUDENTS. YOU MAY JOIN THE WAITLIST. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COMPLETE IT THIS SUMMER. WHEN A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.

This form is only for those wishing to take Health for the first time.

*Summer school will begin on June 3rd and end on July 11th.  (No School on June 19th and July 4th). 

You should plan to attend the first day for room assignment and announcements. You are not required to attend every day. You do need to be in person to take the post tests and the end of semester test.  

*Coordinators will be available to assist with opening tests and all other questions from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.

**All post-tests and the end of semeser test must be taken at South.

****Students taking HEALTH (for the 1st time) - are required to complete three things: 
-the Edmentum (PLATO) course (online), 
-CPR class (in person) and 
-the curriculum from the Middle Way House (on Canvas). 

***Be sure to sign up for the CPR class. This will take place at South.

Health/CPR is limited to 50 Students from North and 50 students from South.

*Applicants will receive information prior to the start of summer school.

*If you register for Summer School, keep your computer device.
*********Transportation is not available.

Class Time:  This is for the first week of summer school. After the first week, you may come anytime between 8am and 2pm. If this time works best for you during the summer, then you may choose to always come at that time. (Reminder: you are not required to login at a specific time each day) *
CPR takes place at South. Please choose a time to take CPR below.  THE HEALTH (for the 1st time) CLASS WILL BE LIMITED TO 100 STUDENTS. WE WILL HAVE A WAITLIST BEYOND THAT NUMBER.  Session 1, 2 & 3 are now full. Email hssummerschool@mccsc.net to inquire about Waitlist.
