2023 Rooftop Rodeo Vendor Application
RODEO DATES:
The event is scheduled for Wednesday - Monday, July 5-10, 2023.
Vendor hours are 4:30pm-9pm each night.

SELECTION AND PAYMENT PROCESS:
There are a very limited number of spaces available.  
Applications are due May 1, 2023.
You will be notified of the status of your application by mid May, and if you are accepted you will be invoiced at that time.
Payment is due in full by June 1, 2023.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
-All new vendor applicants MUST submit photos of their products with their vendor application (submit photos to events@estes.org).
-You must provide your Colorado Sales Tax ID or your application will be automatically denied
-Spaces are limited to either food/beverage (that complements existing concession stand offerings), or items and wares relevant to Rodeo and Western theme.
-INCLUDE NAME OF BUSINESS IN ALL CORRESPONDENCE
