The board of S.A. Proto will use the answers given to this questionnaire to evaluate on how the first half of the year went, and how to improve on the previous half year for the next year.
Most of these questions will be statements, where 1 is strongly disagree, and 5 is strongly agree. Some other questions will be open ones, these questions can be used to elaborate a bit more on the question that was mentioned above.
