Work Based Learning program is an extension of school-based curriculum into the workplace.  Through this experience, students will be exposed to a wide range of general workplace knowledge and competencies, with the goal being to better prepare students for future opportunities.  The program is designed for a group of selected students entering their second semester junior or senior year.  The student asking for the teacher recommendation should currently be enrolled in your course or was previously enrolled in your course last semester. The recommendation must be completed by a teacher within the current school year. The student listed below has applied to participate in Work Based Learning.  Please assist me by completing this teacher recommendation form as quickly as possible.
