Welcome on board to I-Shou University. This questionnaire is to collect the information about the overall performance of orientation for all new students. To meet your requirements more closely, please fill out this questionnaire and let us know about your suggestions on this event, so we will be able to make improvements for other activities in the future.

Filling in this survey will award 2 hours for Service Learning Hours, which can be accummulated for your 2nd year scholarship application. You could use these 2 hours to waive the Service Education, too.
