3. Accommodation is directly to service providers and on a first come first served basis.
4. Hotel Check-in time is strictly 2pm and Check-out 10am.
5.Delegates are responsible for costs for laundry, telephone calls, drinks, room service, etc. These must be settled personally by the delegate BEFORE leaving the hotel.
6.Please be advised that for bookings to be secured, the forms must be returned to the Society
accompanied by the payment. No payment, no booking.

accounts@csz.org.zw. Registrations will only be processed on receipt of proof of payment.

Cancellations made before 31 October 2021 will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations after 31 October 2021 will not be given a refund.
