Thank you for applying for membership with the Minnesota Independent School Forum. Since 1976, MINNDEPENDENT has been the voice for Minnesota's independent schools through advocacy and advancement.

To apply for membership as an MINNDEPENDENT member school, please complete and submit this form. Each application will be reviewed by MINNDEPENDENT to determine the school’s eligibility. Once the school is approved, MINNDEPENDENT will mail a formal Member Welcome Packet to the school. The packet will include an official invoice showing the annual dues payable for the first year (based on number of K-12 students). Dues are payable within 30 days of the invoice date and are nonrefundable.
