Model Deposit Instructions and Submission

NOTE: ADAPTIVEWEAR MODELS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.

Instructions to pay your Model Deposit:

1. Visit threadsfashionshowcmu.com

2. Click the "Donate" button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

3. Choose the "Other Amount" option. Type "$22".

COMPLETE STEP FOUR BEFORE LEAVING THE DONATION SCREEN.

4. In the "Additional Information" dropdown box, leave your first and last name and write "Model Deposit" (Example: Cassidy Marshall—Model Deposit). DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP. If you do not leave your name and "Model Deposit" in the information box, we will have no way to know whose deposit was paid or what was paid for.

5. Checkout and pay as normal.

6. Screenshot proof of payment and upload to OneDrive. Submit link below.
