Join us for a fun day out sharing and connecting with local shoppers! Showcase your unique products, goods and services at the beautiful Burlington Centre.

Take part in our Hawaiian theme by decorating your table and dressing up. Best themed table and best dressed vendor will each win 1 COMPLIMENTRARY table for 1 day at our next market.

*Due to the high volume of applications, only approved vendors will be contacted. 

**We promote all of our market events through the following methods: Paid FB and IG ads, flyers, posters, street signs, newspaper ads, community bulletin boards and websites to help drive community support and attendance.

I am a KIDPRENEUR with an established business.
Limited space available. Child must run the table themselves and must be present during the market hours. All vendors are responsible for bringing their own 6 foot table, chair and black floor length tablecloth.
*No electricity or premium spaces available.

I would like a corner space (6x6 foot) additional $20 per day. LIMITED SPACES

I understand that once this application is approved, I have 48 hours to send the payment by e-transfer to the given address in the approval email to secure my spot. Market set up details and instructions will also be sent upon vendor approval. *PLEASE WATCH YOUR JUNK AND SPAM FOLDERS. *

Vendor is responsible to bring their own 6 foot table (1-2 tables permitted in L-shape), BLACK fabric floor length tablecloths are a MUST according to the MALL RULES (no plastic table cloths permitted). Vendors who do not have a black fabric tablecloth on market day will have to purchase their own or rent at a fee of $25 each.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own chairs (no camp style chairs permitted) as well as a trolley for loading and unloading if required. If you participate in more than 1 day, we ask you to bring a 2nd tablecloth to cover your table overnight.

I understand that there is only 1 business per table and that I am not to share products or services from another business at my table.

All vendors are responsible for their set-up, take down and their own garbage removal at the end of the market day. Cleanup must be complete by 8pm on Saturday and 7pm on Sunday. *

I understand I cannot bring any other equipment/display (ex. laser machine, fridge, tent, grid walls) outside of 1-2 6FT tables and 1-2 chairs. Racks and large displays pieces will only be considered upon request and approval.  *

I understand that under no circumstances will I begin to pack up my table and products prior to the market closing time, this includes if my products sell out.  Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination from any future Local Luxe Market event and an additional $100 fee will apply. *

I understand I will not have more than 2 people at my designated space. *

Vendors will be forfeited their rental amount and vendor space if they cannot comply with the above set-up instructions. Also vendors who have confirmed a spot and submitted payment but do not show up due to illness, equipment malfunction, stock issues etc. on the market date, will forfeit their rental amount. You are welcome to join us or have someone else attend to promote your business on your behalf in the event of any of the above situations.  We do not offer refunds or will NOT offer credit to a future market date. *

Food Vendors Only - I understand I will be required to fill out the Region of Halton Health Inspection Vendor application via online link (to be provided by LLM) and submitted 2-3 weeks prior to the event for final approval. I understand that Local Luxe Market will be required to disclose that my business is selling food at the market to Public Health to follow government food safety guidelines and that a copy of my report will be requested by Public Health. Failing to provide the certificate upon request could result in a fine from Halton Public Health. *

Local Luxe Market Ltd. will do our best to host a successful market however, we will not be held responsible if vendors do not turn a profit or generate sales during our event. *

I abide to treat guests, fellow vendors and show organizers with respect leading up to and during the event. 

Local Luxe Market is an inclusive safe space for everyone. We have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, I agree that any slander towards the event organizers, guests and other vendors/makers before, during or after the market will result in my termination from the event with no refund granted. This includes bullying, verbal and physical harassment. You will be asked to cover your table and asked to leave only to return after the market closes.

I will not make any negative statements in writing, verbal, or social media platforms to damage the reputation of our markets and the organizers. *

I allow the market directors to use any image or company logo to help promote the event or future events. *

The organizers have the right to reschedule the event due to any unforeseen situation such as but not limited to weather, lockdowns, or any other uncontrollable circumstance. In the event of these such occurrence/s my payment will be rolled forward to another market date.  *
