Future Steps: Nelissa Hilman x Kloth Cares
We believe that fashion is art lived daily, uniquely expressing one’s style. But more and more valuable pieces are kept hidden and forgotten in (shoe) closets. Future Steps is an initiative by Nelissa Hilman and Kloth Cares to help customers take mutual responsibility to extend the life of their footwear. Contribute to circular fashion by diverting shoes from landfills and turn unwanted shoes into store credits.

Donate your unwanted shoes and give them a new lease of life. For every 1 kilogram (kg) you donate, you will receive an RM10 store credit to use at our store in Bangsar Village II or on our website at nelissahilman.com.

FAQ: What type of shoes do you accept?
You may donate all types of shoes. However, the most wanted and high-value kinds of shoes are flip-flops, sneakers and boots. You may also donate shoes that are not in pairs.

FAQ: Where do I send my donation?
We hope that you send us your used footwear to extend its life, so please only mail us items that you are comfortable parting with. We do not send back items, so that we can avoid the environmental costs associated with an additional and unnecessary leg of shipping.

FAQ: Can you send me packaging to mail in my items?
Rather than mailing you an empty package to ship back to us, we ask that you find and use an old bag or box to send us your donation. In the spirit of Future Steps, extend the life of packaging that already exists.
