Please see below the format that we will be using for paid members of staff in 2024 before completing the form and submitting:

Day Rate

£110 standard day rate.
Rates for driving company vehicles will be arranged individually.

IMPORTANT: You will NOT be paid through a PAYE system so no deductions will be made by us from the above day rate.

Timings (will change depending on the event, but within this range) - 07:00 - 16:30

Those who are needed in driving roles will be sent a separate e-mail from us.

Fuel Expenses

There will be NO fuel expenses UNLESS the member of Staff is driving a UKCE vehicle to the event. Individual cases in rare circumstances will be an exception to this.

Over Night Accommodation

As a general rule, there will be no over night accommodation booked for Staff UNLESS they are driving a UKCE vehicle event. Individual cases in rare circumstances will be an exception to this.

Before an Event

You will be sent an e-mail 1- 2 weeks before each event you have agreed to work to confirm you will be attending. Within this e-mail will be a simple 'yes I'm attending' button. If you do not open that e-mail and click the button we'll assume you aren't coming and your role will be filled.

At an Event

Any old style branded kit cannot be worn, if you have any please ensure it is current. You must come dressed appropriately for the weather and a day of working outside. 

Each member of Staff will be able to redeem a hot drink but must bring all food with them for the day.

Getting Paid

After each event you attend you will be sent a google form to complete with your bank details. We aim to get all payments done within 1 working week of you inputting your bank details.
