2023-2024 WUSYG Registration Form
This form is mandatory for youth participants in all onsite and offsite WUSYG programming for 2023 - 2024. Contact information may be recorded by WUS administrators. All other information will only be seen and used by the Director of Youth & Children's Ministries and the Assistant DYM. Youth and parent emails will be automatically added to the WUSYG email listserv. Both youth and parents are strongly encouraged to read WUSYG emails but can easily unsubscribe at any time.

*Note on Fees/Costs: There is a $150 Fee to participate in WUSYG this year. That cost includes fees for the Fall Retreat and all other overnights and WUSYG events (with the exception of the service trip). Parents are also asked to contribute snacks occasionally, and to provide food for potlucks and fundraisers. Please make checks out to WUS and put WUSYG Programs in the  memo. If your family is experiencing financial difficulties that prohibit payment, we have scholarship funds to cover the costs. Families are also invited to make additional contributions beyond the fee for their youth to assist in providing scholarships to other youth.
