Opera Orlando SINGS: Summer Institute for the Next Generation of Singers
A summer program for high school and college aged singers who are interested in learning about a professional singing career.
Opera Orlando will hold a 6-day summer intensive for young singers who are looking to learn what it takes to be a professional singer. Singers will receive coachings from Opera Orlando staff and teaching artists on solo repertoire, they will participate in masterclasses with industry professionals, hone their resume-writing skills, and have discussions with artists who are in the field as well as college professors and students who are going through the process right now. There will be focus on wellness and movement with yoga classes, vocal health seminars, and vocal anatomy sessions. Singers will even have the opportunity to take new headshots and perform in a culminating recital which will be recorded.

Cost: $375 before April 30th. ($450 after April 30)
