Join us on February 24th 7:30 pm (PST) / February 25th 9:00 am (IST) as we come together to learn from Cynthia Lang, our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Consultant and CEO, Legacy of Connection! 

In the workshop we will talk about how we bring our whole Self into every role we embody. How do you bring your Whole Self into your leadership? How do you nurture growth in the very core who you are? In a globalized work community, we are called to simultaneously hold onto and let go of the way we see the world, so that we can effectively lead across experiences. In this workshop, we will learn and practice one strategy from “Soul Tectonics”, a Legacy of Connection program which helps leaders flow towards building an inclusive mind- and heart-set. Little by little, we can build towards profound shifts in how we see, what we believe, and how we act.   We don’t need “better” leaders, we need more soul-centered leaders.
