Doing Good is a 12-week afterschool program that uses music and the arts to teach community-based entrepreneurship, leadership, and service!
In the first half of the program, you will learn budgeting, project management, goal setting, and more. In the second half of the program, you will work in a group and apply the skills you have learned to create a music-focused service-learning project!
- Each group receives a budget of up to $500 to implement their project. Students who meet attendance and participation requirements are eligible to receive a stipend of up to $825.
Prior knowledge or experience in music and other art forms is not a requirement for participation in the Doing Good program. Students who want to discover, explore, and develop their creativity are encouraged to apply.
