The 2020 GCAA Board of Directors agrees to endorse a 2020 Reverse Trade Show patterned after other successful ones in nearby markets. Management companies will exhibit, while the supplier attendees walk, observe, and engage at the show making it the “reverse” of the traditional apartment association trade show. This is an excellent opportunity for you to share information, meet potential new suppliers and communicate your purchasing practices.

The GCAA Reverse Trade Show will be held in the Luxury Lounge at BB&T Ballpark.
Our goal is to have 30 owner/management companies with regional management representation. Booth prizes will be given out in 2 categories. Each company will have their own booth to decorate along with space to be used for signage and seating.  
In order to effectively plan for our show, we need solid commitments from Management Companies in advance with a core commitment from the GCAA Board of Directors members to participate.
