This form is for existing ERC Vic volunteers to register for program.

If you are new to ERC Vic and would like to register your interest to volunteer with us, please fill in the below Expression of Interest form to start the process:

Camp Executive Roles:
If you would like to take on an exec role (Group Leader/Support Leader, Camp Captain, Camp Coach or Pastoral Facilitator) you will need to have completed an Exec Training Day. All exec members are also expected to be available to come to the Pre & Post camp exec meetings.

2021 Edmund Rice Camps Vic - Programs:
Edmund Rice Camps Victoria are currently planning the following programs:

1. 2022 Autumn Teen Camp - Thursday 14th April - Monday 18th April -Lower Plenty
3. 2022 Autumn Kids Camp - Wednesday 20th April - Sunday 24th April - Yarra Junction

Volunteer positions on each program will be confirmed within 2 weeks following the Volunteer Application closure date for each program.

If applying for an EXECUTIVE TEAM role, you must be available to attend the Pre-Camp Exec Meeting and Post-Camp Exec Meeting. The Dates for these meetings are:
1. Pre-Camp Exec Meeting - Thursday 31st March, 6.30pm - 9.00pm, Richmond
2. Post-Camp Exec Meeting - Thursday 6th May, 6.30pm - 9.00pm, Richmond

A Volunteer Program Confirmation Letter will be sent once positions on each program are determined detailing what you need to know when attending the program.

When you register to attend a program, it is understood that you are available to attend the entirety of the program, if that should change please advise the Program Officer as soon as you become aware.
