Mission
Our mission is to create regenerative radically inclusive events, that educate as much as they entertain, and focus on community connections by showcasing diversity in music, art, and people while employing environmentally sustainable practices and charitable giving.

Will bring together communities that aspire to create regenerative and sustainable connections to the Earth, to each other, and to their highest selves so that thru shared stories we can receive knowledge and understanding. We do this by creating visually stunning environments that are synergistic sonically tended to by a talented team of volunteers, production staff, and workshop instructors.  We put a focus on creating inclusive, diverse, and safe spaces - all people are welcome, some behaviors are not. Please read our Principals section to ensure that our values are in alignment.
Principals
We want everyone to show up with their best self forward. We treat everyone - whether they are attendees or staff with respect. Our friendly staff will be on hand to mediate any conflicts.  We want all participants to be mindful of how their words and actions can affect others around them, and how every action we take can help make the event safer and more inclusive.  As an LGBTQIA organization with a strong focus on diversity, we value the equal rights and liberties of all genders, sexual orientations, minorities, races, ages, and immigrants/travelers.

Our events are "Leave No Trace". This means placing compost and recyclables in proper receptacles, and any trash that you bring you should expect to take with you. We strongly encourage composting, recycling, and up-cycling. Please no single use plastic bottles, bags or Styrofoam. (exception for waste storage and disposal)

Radical participation is a Commitment to showing up to contribute to the benefit of the overall community.  All consenting and able participants are invited to share 2 hrs of their time volunteering in the community, including guests and artists.

We are a collaborative effort, not a top-down enterprise.  We acknowledge the event will work when committed collaboration and teamwork are the focus.
