Gator Swim & Dive Team Registration - Membership Required
June 3 -July 21

Early-bird Registration ends MAY 1!!!!!

Five Seasons Club Membership is required per the Inter Suburban Conference League rules.


Practice schedule and Meet schedule is found on the Team Handbook on the club website.

Pre-register for the entire season is required. No daily drop-ins or late entries will be accepted.

One registration form per child please.

Swim Requirements:
Swimmer must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke and have a working knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

Get ready!
Private and Group lessons are available to prepare children for this swim team experience.

Gators Spirit Wear info will be available in April.

Team Swimsuit and Cap order info will be available in April, if not sooner.

Cost: $325 per seasons 1st child (rates increase after 5/1/24 to $350))
          $275 per season 2nd child (rates increase after 5/1/24 to $300)
          $225 per seasons 3rd child (rates increase after 5/1/24 to $250)

I understand that I am financially responsible for all fees and dues associated with my child's program participation at Five Seasons Sports Club. Financially Responsible Parent/Guardian, please sign below.
Payment:
All payments will be charged to your Five Seasons Membership account. *Membership is required per the Intersuburban Conference League rules.  Team fee will be billed upon completion of the registration.
Waiver Agreement: Must be signed by the parent/guardian of all swimmers
