香港專上學生聯會（學聯）的宗旨是本着友好合作精神，團結及代表香港專上學生，在同學間推廣文娛學術活動、增進福利與相互瞭解，提高社會意識，並與外地學生建立關係。本會為其組成學生會之一，每年繳交會費。學聯代表會由各大學學生會選派的代表所構成，而常務委員會則由各會員學生會派出常委、常務委員會主席和副主席組成。學聯抗爭者基金在2017年10月成立，為社運人士、民主抗爭者提供直接財政援助，減輕日常用度及法律開支帶來的經濟壓力。

由於周年大選未能選出學聯選派代表，代表會現向全體會員公開招募6位基本會員出任香港專上學生聯會選派代表，並提交代表會委任，負責出席學聯代表會會議，履行學聯章程所授予的職權和職責，並向本會負責。所有基本會員均可申請出任，無論申請人數多少，代表會均會個別檢視每一個申請，然後再行決定是否委任個別或全部申請人。

The purpose of Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS) is to promote student movements and to enhance the student body's engagement in society. One of the constituent student unions, CUSU pays the society fee every year and she shall appoint executives and representatives to attend the meetings of HKFS. HKFS set up a foundation in 2017 with the aim to provide financial support to protesters and relief their pressure due to legal procedures.

Since no candidate is elected in the 2020 General Election, I now recruit 6 full members of the Union as Member of HKFS Delegation to be appointed by the Council. The Council will review each application individually for appointment.
