Completing this application indicates that you, the parent/guardian, are interested in enrolling your child in the UW Lab School Summer Odyssey program. Summer Odyssey is a science and art enrichment program for students entering first through sixth grade. It is offered for two weeks, Monday through Friday. Each week a new concept is explored. Science and art enrichment activities and walking field trips are done in the morning with additional activities led by teen teachers are completed each afternoon.

Your child should bring a picnic lunch and snack of their choice each day. The cost of Summer Odyssey is $275 per child per week, however, if registration and a $100 non-refundable deposit per student session is made by March 31, 2024, the cost is reduced to $245 per child per week. Drop-off time is from 7:45-8 am. Summer Odyssey hours are 8 am - 3:30 pm. Please plan to pick up your child by 3:45 pm each day.

Interested parties should complete the Summer Odyssey Enrollment Form below and mail or drop off deposit to UW Lab School office (Rm. 132). Checks payable to UW Lab School.
