By filling out this form, you are requesting to use the OPIRG Brock Button Maker. Buttons cost $0.50 per button and are 2.25 inches in diameter. If you require OPIRG Brock to print your button templates, the cost is $1.00 per button. When you come to borrow the button maker, you will need to pay the fees in cash associated with the number of buttons you are making. There is no minimum or maximum on the number of buttons.
