The Findhorn Village Conservation Company (TFVCC) is a community led and controlled company limited by guarantee with charitable status, managed and operated by volunteer residents from Findhorn village.
Since a community land buy out in 2016, TFVCC owns and manages the land in and around Findhorn village on behalf of its membership. A map illustrating the land ownership of TFVCC

As of April 2024, TFVCC is introducing a modest charge of £1 per car per day for parking in the Findhorn Beach West car park. The funds raised will be used to help finance the ongoing maintenance of both the car parks, toilet facilities and access.
TFVCC is offering the option to purchase an Annual Parking Pass for the car park, for anyone who wishes to buy one, at the cost of £30 per year. The pass will be a plastic fob which pass holders can scan at the barrier to gain entry to the car park.
