If you are interested in helping us host our Rhea Lana's of Germantown and Collierville Back-to-School/ Fall & Winter 2021 event, please complete the questionnaire below to apply for one of our limited paid positions.  Current employment dates for the event are September 5-30.  We are currently offering $8.00 an hour with a minimum of 12 hours required.  Must be able to stand for a 4-6 hour shift and lift 50 lbs.

All paid employees will be given a "cash advance" for payroll to cover the cost of their early shopping ticket price ($50, if you choose to shop during our employee Launch Pre-Sale shopping time).   At the end of the Event, the paid staff member will receive payment for number of hours worked x $8.00 less $50 and applicable taxes. *

All paid staff will be required to provide two forms of identification to Rhea Lana's of Germantown and Collierville prior to the first scheduled paid shift (Driver's License & Social Security Card or Passport). In addition, each paid staff member will be required to fill out an official employment tax document. *
