What happens after you submit the Storm Drain Decal Program Application?
  • The KSGB Executive Director will review your application and assign you and/or your group a Storm Drain Decal Program location.  
  • KSGB will contact you to make arrangments to get you the provided supplies that will allow you to complete your Storm Drain Decal Program project. 
  • KSGB will send you the following documents via email: the Volunteer Safety Information Sheet and the Volunteer Agreement and Release of Liability Form.  The form will need to be completed by each volunteer and returned to KSGB before you begin the project.
  • KSGB will send you the Storm Drain Decal Program report.  You must complete and submit the report after you have marked all the storm drains in your assigned area.  Without the report, KSGB is unable to pay you and/or your group.
