Yoga with Bibs -- Tuesday, March 23rd
What: a 1-hour moderate vinyasa yoga class
When: Saturday, March 6th from 6:15-7:15PM EST
Where: Zoom (link and calendar invite will be sent within 48 hours of form submission or before class, whichever comes first)
Why: to connect with one another and move our bodies in a way that feels good.

We'll be moving through a moderate vinyasa flow together. For anyone who likes to know what to expect ahead of time (like me), the rough agenda can be found below. 🙂

1. Join zoom meeting and get settled on our mats.
2. (Optional) quick intros (i.e. share your name/pronouns and 1 word to describe how you're feeling right now)
3. Vinyasa flow led by Bibs
4. (Optional) quick outros (i.e. share 1 word to describe how you're feeling after class)
5. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday!
