Mason Creek Road Runner Registration
***Please complete the form below to register your child and give parental permission to attend practices.  If you registering siblings, you will need to complete a form for each child.  Following submission, you may send in the $25 Registration fee with your child.  See details below.                                                                                                                          ***Deadline for Registration is September 13.  Every student is required to be registered in order to attend our first practice on Wednesday, September 15.

The $25.00 registration fee includes a DRI FIT Roadrunner shirt for your child to wear on practice days and to races. (See picture below) Please click on the drop down box to choose the size you need. *
Pictured below is the county wide Road Runner Shirt design.  This is a DRI FIT shirt and our shirt color is a Heather Royal Blue, not the same color pictured here.
If you would like to purchase an additional shirt for $15, please use the drop down box to choose your size.

REGISTRATION FEE OF $25                                    *Payment must be received by September 11 in order to complete registration.  All checks should be made out to M.A.E.S.. Please send payment in sealed envelope labeled: Road Runners with your child's name and homeroom teacher.  I will let you know once your payment has been received. *

1.) My child has permission to participate in the Mason Creek Elementary Road Runner Program for the 2021-2022 school year.                                                                                                                                                                                                         2.) On practice days, I understand that unless prior arrangements have been made with Coach Hurley, if my child is not picked up by 4:00, he/she will be sent to the After School Program, in which I will be responsible for payment.                                                                                                                                                                               3.) I am responsible for providing transportation for my child to all running events/races.
