Reach Mentoring Consent Form 2021/22
Reach partners with local schools to empower young people to be the best version of themselves. It creates positive, informing, and empowering mentoring relationships with young people in partnership with relevant agencies. Within local schools Reach exists to support the educational experience of young people by providing pastoral care and personal development classes. Encouraging young people to explore healthy lifestyle choices. Mentoring those needing additional support with; life issues, behavioural difficulties, or low self-esteem.
Through consultation with the school’s pastoral care team your child has been identified as a pupil who may benefit from the mentoring programme. Please complete the following consent form for your child to take part and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in contact.
