Please select which of the following volunteer duties you would like to perform during the day of the event. *

Signage and Posters Team – Help post signs both inside and outside each classroom before event starts. Also, help to remove postage signs after the event is over.

Breakfast and Lunch Team – Help set-up both breakfast and lunch (e.g. Food, drinks, tables, decorations, breakdown of tables, etc.)

Classrooms/Workshops Runners – Help classrooms presenters with sign-in sheet, collect all sign-in sheets (morning and afternoon) and delivered it to the registration team at the end of the event, and any other duties assigned.

Set-up Team – Help with set-up, posting yard signs, registration tables a day before and the day of the event.

Multi-Tasks/Back-up Team – Flexible / Help in any areas as needed during the event.

Shuttle Driver (AM only) - Drive the MC shuttle van to pick up staff at the Rockville and Germantown campuses.

Shuttle Driver (PM only) - Drive the MC shuttle van to pick up staff at the Rockville and Germantown campuses.

Shuttle Driver (AM and PM) - Drive the MC shuttle van to pick up staff at the Rockville and Germantown campuses.
