Setup and Teardown Information

Setup Times:
Friday: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 6:30 AM (Doors open at 8:00 AM)
Teardown Time:
Saturday: All booths must be completely torn down by 2:00 PM

Setup and Teardown Instructions:
Please ensure that your booth is fully set up by the opening time on Saturday and completely torn down by the specified time. We ask that you respect these times to ensure a smooth operation for all involved. If you require any assistance or have specific needs for setup or teardown, please contact us in advance.

Rules and Regulations

Product Restrictions:
Please note that the sale or display of alcohol and weapon-related products is strictly prohibited, as the venue is a school. If you are unsure whether your products fall under these restrictions or if you have any questions, please contact Kaelea at hchamber@mainstaycomm.net.

Cancelation and Weather Contingencies

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made before February 19th are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made after this date will risk losing the entire booth fee and any associated costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Weather-Related Emergencies:
In the case of severe weather that may impact the show, we have a plan in place to ensure the safety of all participants. If the show is cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions, you will receive an email detailing your options. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date so that we can reach you promptly in such an event.
