By completing this submission & checking the box below, you confirm & agree that all above information is correct, that all involved collaborators are fully aware of your submission, and that, in the event your release is selected & a release date is agreed upon by all involved parties, you grant HyperPop Records full licensing rights to your release. This means, once approved and confirmed for release, the label will handle all distribution of the content to streaming services, however, all artists retain 100% ownership over their work. Content released through HyperPop Records is via exclusive agreement between artist(s) and label, where the artist(s) agrees to allow HyperPop Records to host said content exclusively on our respective music channels (Bandcamp/ Soundcloud). Rather than signing to the label, through exclusive verbal agreement between the label and yourself, HyperPop Records will receive 20% of your releases streaming revenue, as well as digital sales from our Bandcamp page. (This portion helps us maintain the overhead cost of our premium subscriptions, accommodates for distribution costs, and allows us to finance future label endeavors such as live events & improved promotion of the content on our channels.) The remaining 80% will be split between yourself and any collaborators. Exceptions to this agreement may be discussed at the time your submission is approved. *
